From the beginning of 2026, JDA Renewables has been exclusively dedicated to the development of battery storage, solar energy, and both onshore and offshore wind power projects. The company’s strategic focus remains on the permitting phase, with divestment taking place once projects have secured the necessary authorisations (Ready-to-Build, RtB), or alternatively through early-stage partnerships (Greenfield developments). During the autumn period, a project portfolio—primarily comprising battery storage initiatives—has been established and will be further advanced throughout 2026. In addition, feasibility studies are currently being conducted for a number of solar and wind power projects.
– As we now withdraw from our role as consultants — where we have supported clients in business and project development, environmental law, environmental permitting, and project management within the renewable energy sector — we would like to express our gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to our clients’ projects. Together, we have worked towards the shared objective of a sustainable society,” states David Åhs, Chief Executive Officer.
In light of this strategic shift, the company has also implemented revisions to its website in order to more clearly communicate its current activities and offerings. Further developments are planned, including the provision of additional information aimed at attracting investors, landowners, and other stakeholders.
